Yoga at the Gardens

at the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens
Mindful Yoga with Delphine Davidson

All levels welcome. Please bring your own mat and drinking water. Plan to arrive at the Gardens' entrance by 11:45AM to allow plenty of time to reach the Event Lawn, the class will begin promptly at noon.

Class Cost:
Advanced registration is required for all participants. Tickets for MCBG Programs are available until sold out.

Guidelines for your visit:

At the entrance we will ask for the name used to purchase your ticket(s) and look up your ticket(s) in our system.
For the benefit of other participants and your instructor, please try to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your program.
We ask that all visitors continue to wear a face mask inside of the entrance and gift shop. Please read and follow our local Health Order. If you are sick, please stay home.

Terms and Conditions

All members of my party agree to wear a face mask and maintain a distance of 6 feet from all Garden visitors and employees. No member of our party will visit the Garden while sick or displaying symptoms of COVID-19. Despite stringent cleaning and sanitizing protocols, the Gardens cannot control all circumstances. By entering the premises, my party acknowledges that we assume any risks associated with our visit, including but not limited to a risk of injury or illness.

Liability Waiver

Yes, I understand that yoga includes physical movements. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. I assume full responsibility for any and all injuries which may occur through participation.

Cancellation Policy

Yes, I understand this program fee is non-refundable unless the class has been canceled or rescheduled by the Gardens. Classes may be canceled in the event of rain, check the MCBG website (www.gardenbythesea.org) for notification by 10AM day of the class.
